About Cancellation Policy:

The Cancellation Policy stated on our website (goremetrip.com) may change from time to time and may be updated and published on our website to be valid for all our services.

 

Definitions:

 

The following definitions indicate how the parties will be referred to in the remainder of this agreement.

 

GoremeTrip: defines www.goremetrip.com, Penna Travel Agency and its sub-brands.

Guest: Identifies anyone who visits our website and books our services.

All reservations made through GoremeTrip or its sub-brands’ websites are final reservations. Any cancellation fees charged by GoremeTrip are intended solely to cover our direct costs arising from changing and/or canceling the guest’s booking. By accessing, browsing, using our website and/or completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood and are legally bound by the cancellation policies set out below. No contract will be valid between the guest and GoremeTrip until GoremeTrip has received payment in full and issued a confirmation invoice. . The guest making the reservation accepts this agreement on behalf of all members of the travel group and is responsible for all payment due from the relevant party.

All communications regarding these terms and conditions (particularly requests to cancel or change your tour arrangements) must be made by the lead traveler of each booking and handled at sales@goremetrip.com. Once delivered, the change and/or cancellation must be confirmed by GoremeTrip before further action can be taken. If the refund is appropriate, it will be processed as soon as possible in accordance with all procedures and the specified amount will be transferred to the credit card used during the reservation. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any delays in delivering the refund to your account once it has been processed by us. For tours purchased through another seller, please contact the seller directly with your refund and/or cancellation request. The cancellation policy applies to the original booking departure date on which the tour was booked.

CANCELLATION OF PARTNER TOURS

As stated during the booking process, tours, activities or services operated by trusted partners are subject to the partners’ cancellation policies. Terms will be stated on the ticket after purchase.
