goremetrip.com is a tour operator with its main office in Cappadocia and with its offices and business partners in all regions of Turkey, providing services on Tours, Activities and Services to guests who come to visit Turkey. goremetrip.com is a product of Penna Travel Agency, which is authorized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey with document number 13353. All activities are subject to permissions of the Republic of Turkey.

Reservations can be made directly through GoremeTrip and Penna Travel Agency sub-brands and/or any website where Penna Travel Agency and GoremeTrip sell services. www.goremetrip.com is the address of the website where Penna Travel Agency offers its services throughout Türkiye through the GoremeTrip brand. About Terms & Conditions:

The Terms and Conditions stated on our website (goremetrip.com) may change from time to time and may be updated and published on our website to be valid for all our services.

 

Definitions:

 

The following definitions indicate how the parties will be referred to in the remainder of this agreement.

 

GoremeTrip: defines www.goremetrip.com, Penna Travel Agency and its sub-brands.

Guest: Identifies anyone who visits our website and books our services.

 

By accessing and browsing our website by any means, by using our website and/or completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood all of the terms and conditions set out below and are bound by them in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. No contract between GoremeTrip and the Guest is valid until GoremeTrip receives payment for the reservations planned by the Guest and creates an invoice for this payment. The Guest who completes the reservation accepts the GoremeTrip Terms and Conditions on behalf of everyone traveling with him and will be held responsible for the entire reservation amount.

 

In addition, GöremeTrip is not responsible for any cancellations, changes or delays that may occur in guests’ flights, adverse conditions that may occur during customers’ holidays (injury, death and/or other health problems) and/or expenses that may occur. GöremeTrip is also not responsible for any other unforeseen circumstances and/or other related expenses and costs that may arise from bad weather conditions, war, natural disasters or similar and/or factors beyond its control. The guest who contacts GoremeTrip accepts that he is obliged to fulfill all the requirements stipulated by his country for the dates he stated that he will come to Turkey and that GoremeTrip is not responsible for any problems that may occur during this process. In addition, the guest is responsible for providing GoremeTrip with the correct contact information and relevant details requested and/or thought to be useful by the guest during the reservation. If GoremeTrip makes any changes that it deems necessary in the reservation made by the guest, GoremeTrip will notify the guest of these changes through the contact information provided by the guest.

 

  1. PRICES

 

  • The Guest accepts and declares that the credit card or debit card with which he/she makes the payment for purchases on the GöremeTrip website belongs to him/her and that any liability that may arise from credit/debit card and identity mismatch after the payment process belongs to him/her.

 

  • GoremeTrip and its sub-brands determine all prices for the services they offer in USD, Euro or Turkish Lira. As a Tour Operator in Turkey, GoremeTrip is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations and/or other additional fees such as bank transfer fees, credit card usage fees that may be charged to the guest beyond its control.

 

  • All charges are denominated in different currencies depending on location, unless the Guest selects United States Dollars (USD) when shopping on GoremeTrip’s website. Guest can view price estimates in USD, Euro and other currencies on www.goremetrip.com. This is just to help the guest understand the approximate price. Unless the guest chooses the USD option when shopping on www.goremetrip.com, the credit card used for payment is always charged in Turkish Lira. Additionally, GöremeTrip makes refunds in Turkish Lira. Since GoremeTrip does not charge any reservation or transaction fees, it is not responsible for any damages that may arise from fluctuations in foreign exchange rates during transactions or transaction fees that may be charged by third parties during payment and/or payment (such as a foreign transaction fee charged by your card issuer).

 

  • All prices stated on our website are current prices and include Value-Added Tax. GoremeTrip reserves the right to alter and change the prices published on its website without prior notice in case of fluctuations in exchange rates, taxes imposed by the Government of the Republic of Türkiye and/or any cost increase that may occur beyond GoremeTrip’s control. All prices are guaranteed against any additional charges after the guest makes the payment and GoremeTrip creates the invoice for payment.

 

  1. SPECIAL OFFERS AND PROMOTIONAL CODES

 

  • The guest accepts and declares that the Promotional Codes and special offers shared for guests to use on www.goremetrip.com via our website, other social media platforms or in our advertisements cannot be used after the reservation process is completed if they are not used by the guest while making the purchase. The Guest knows that when such promotional and special offer codes are offered by GoremeTrip, in order for them to be valid and applied to their reservations, they must enter the code in the required/desired place before making the payment during the reservation.

 

  • Guests know that promotional codes and special offers are only valid for a tour, activity or service. These codes are not valid for equipment that may be required to be used during the tour, activity or service booked by the guest and/or situations that may require extra expenses.

 

  1. BEST PRICE GUARANTEE

 

  • GoremeTrip guarantees that the guest will receive the lowest price when booking a Tour, Activity or Service directly through the websites of GoremeTrip and its sub-brands. It is very easy and fast for all guests to access the best price guarantee via goremetrip.com.

 

Here’s how it works;

 

Assume you make a confirmed booking directly through GoremeTrip and its sub-brands’ websites. If you encounter a lower online price for the same tour, activity or service on another website within 24 hours after making the reservation, you must notify us and send us the necessary supporting documents via the email address sales@goremetrip.com to confirm the price you encounter. Our team will review the documents you send and update the price offered by us to a price that is the same or more suitable than the price you encountered. However, in order for this to happen, the tour, activity or service offered by GoremeTrip must match exactly the features you encounter on the internet, such as the start time, date, content, included and excluded services of the tour, activity or service. Please note that holiday prices, special promotions and campaigns offered as packages on other websites cannot be compared with the prices on the GoremeTrip website and are not considered within the scope of the best price guarantee. In order for the best price guarantee to be applied by us, the tour start time, date, included and excluded services, route and contents of the tour, activity or service in question must be the same and have the same cancellation policy and conditions. GoremeTrip’s best price guarantee does not only apply to balloon flights whose price policy is not fixed and whose price is variable.

 

At the end of our evaluations at the end of the entire process mentioned above, if these conditions are met, the price difference will be refunded and an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you after the transaction. If the price specified by the guest does not meet the required terms and conditions, we will contact you with an email justifying this situation.

 

  1. PICK UP AND DROP OFF SERVICES

 

  • GoremeTrip and its sub-brands, as well as its business partners, offer hotel pickup and drop-off services for most tours, activities or services throughout Turkey. Hotel pick-up and drop-off service for some tours, activities or services may vary and/or be subject to extra charges depending on the region where the experience will take place. The guest should thoroughly read the details regarding the hotel pick-up and drop-off service when making a reservation.

 

  • As a passenger, the guest is responsible for monitoring the pick-up or drop-off service. The guest must inform GoremeTrip in time the name, location or address of the place where he/she wants the pickup service and must be ready at least 5 minutes before the pick-up time notified to him/her. GoremeTrip will inform you about the pick-up time for the tour, activity or service you have booked, taking into account the conditions such as reservation date, density and location, by stating it in an email, Whatsapp message or by calling you. If you are not sure about the pickup time after reservation, you can contact us at sales@goremetrip.com.
  • Missing the pickup service is entirely the responsibility of the guest. A guest who misses the pickup service is not entitled to a refund for the tour, activity or service he/she has booked. Our service that comes to pick you up will not wait at the pickup point.

 

  • Additionally, depending on the density in the regions, pickup services of different companies may be available at your hotel/pickup location at the same time as the GoremeTrip pickup service. In this case, the guest must confirm the details specified in his online voucher with our staff (tour guide or driver) at the pick-up service and is responsible for making sure that he gets on the correct service. Guests who cannot determine the correct pick-up vehicle and cannot board our pick-up vehicle also do not have the right to request a refund.

 

  1. MEETING US ON A LOCATION

 

  • If the guest plans to meet us at a point for the tour, activity or service he/she has booked, he/she must first make sure that he/she can do so. For most of the services offered on the GoremeTrip website, it is possible to join a tour, activity or service by meeting us at one point. To see whether it is possible to meet us at some point for the tour, activity or service in question, please read the details specified in the description carefully or contact us for information.

 

  • If the guest has requested a meeting point to participate in the tour, activity or service, the guest is responsible for being present at the right time and at the place notified to him/her by GöremeTrip. Guests who are not at the right place at the right time do not have the right to cancel and/or request a refund. GoremeTrip is not responsible for any expenses and costs that may arise in this case.

 

  1. EXTRAS AND RENTAL GEAR/EQUIPMENT

 

  • The tours, activities or services offered on the GoremeTrip website may include extra equipment or features that can be added to the service. In order to benefit from these extras, the guest can add them when making a reservation, or after making the reservation, by contacting GoremeTrip at least 1 day before the date of the tour, activity or service, for an extra fee.

 

  • All extras or additional services that the guest requests from GoremeTrip during the tour, activity or service process have the same cancellation conditions as the tour, activity or service purchased. When requesting extra, the guest states that he/she has read and accepted the cancellation conditions in detail.

 

  • In all tours, activities or services of GoremeTrip, safety equipment or extra services may be offered and these are called rental equipment and extra services.

 

  1. TRAVEL INSURANCE

 

  • GoremeTrip does not offer any health, travel, activity or service insurance to its guests for all its tours, activities and services throughout Turkey. Guests must benefit from and use their own personal insurance in any situation that requires insurance.

 

  • GoremeTrip recommends that if you have to cancel your travel reservation for any reason in a short time, as is the case with all travels around the world, you purchase a travel insurance policy that will cover your expenses in your own country because this type of travel insurances are generally cheap and covers other risks that may occur.

 

  1. TURKEY’S WEATHER CONDITIONS

 

  • All adventure trips, outdoor activities, tours, activities and services offered by GoremeTrip are subject to the weather and general conditions that may occur at the location. GoremeTrip reserves the right to change details such as routes, itineraries, start time for all adventure trips, outdoor activities, tours, activities and services and/or cancel your trip, if deemed necessary, without prior notice, taking into account guest safety.

 

  • Since the weather can change quickly, conditions on tours, activities or services may change just as quickly. Our guides and all our colleagues are trained as well as experienced in dealing with changing conditions. For this reason, GoremeTrip strongly recommends that guests who make reservations for tours, activities or services should carefully and diligently comply with the instructions given by the guides and staff in charge, for the sake of their own safety. Such changes in weather conditions generally occur in the winter months and cover more tours, activities and services organized in winter. Summer trips from June to August (except high mountain trips) are rarely affected by inclement weather. These conditions are valid for tours, activities or services offered by GoremeTrip throughout Türkiye.

 

  • GoremeTrip cannot be held responsible for any losses, damages, accidents, injuries, diseases, program changes and/or other factors that may occur due to weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters and/or other factors. GoremeTrip acts in good faith for its guests and cannot be held responsible for the defaults, mistakes or delays of organizations that are not one of GoremeTrip or Penna Travel Agency sub-brands, such as individual agencies, hotels, other tour operators, airlines, guides, restaurants, or others.

 

  • The guest is responsible for any additional costs that may arise in case of any change or cancellation of his/her flight (domestic or international flight) (i.e. additional costs such as additional accommodation fee, meal fees, transfers and the like.). For this reason, GoremeTrip strongly recommends all its guests to obtain comprehensive travel insurance for all unexpected situations.

 

  1. CLOTHING

 

  • It may be the clothing style that needs to be taken into consideration for the tours, activities and services offered by GoremeTirp throughout Turkey. The guest is responsible for wearing the necessary clothing for the tour, activity or service he will participate in. Guest must contact GoremeTrip to find out what these requirements are. Guests who do not comply with the required clothing requirements know that GoremeTrip reserves the right to refuse participation in the tour, activity or service. The guest knows that free cancellation will be applied in such cases.

 

  1. LUGGAGE

 

  • GoremeTrip will not be held responsible if the guest’s luggage is damaged during the tour, activity or service. If the guest wants to store their luggage safely during the tour, activity or service, they can contact GoremeTrip and purchase luggage storage for an extra fee.

 

  1. DEFAULT RISKS AND OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES

 

  • Guests are aware that all their activities are carried out entirely at their own risk and that they must always act in accordance with the guidelines of GoremeTrip or its sub-brands and take due responsibility for their own safety. As with any adventure tour or outdoor activity around the world, risks can always occur. For this reason, GoremeTrip, or its sub-brands, cannot be held responsible in any way for accidents or any other consequences caused by customers, which may be caused by their own actions or caused by factors beyond human control (force majeure). By accessing the GoremeTrip website for his planned trip and/or confirming a reservation there, the guest accepts these terms and conditions, understands the consequences and accepts responsibility for his/her participation in the tour, activity or services. Depending on the conditions and requirements for the tour, activity or service you will participate in, you may be asked to sign an additional liability statement.

 

  • GöremeTrip’s tour, activity or service personnel, guides or authorized officers reserve the right to refuse participation in experiences if they anticipate that the guest has a physical illness, injury or illness that will prevent the guest from continuing the tour, activity or service. Take into account the safety of other guests. In such cases, no fee will be paid and full cancellation will apply.

 

  • GoremeTrip and its sub-brands reserve the authority/right to refuse the participation of guests who physically or verbally harass or pose any threat to their staff or other guests during the tour, activity or services. In such a case, cancellation will be made without paying any fee.

 

  1. ALCOHOL AND DRUGS

 

  • GöremeTrip reserves the right to refuse participation in the tour, activity or service if it believes that the guest is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and therefore cancels the reservation without refunding the guest who is not allowed to participate in the tour, activity or service. At the same time, GöremeTrip staff and guides reserve the right to refuse participation in tours, activities or services to guests who exhibit behavior that would disturb, upset or endanger other guests. In such a case, cancellation will be made without a refund.

 

  1. REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK

 

  • GoremeTrip welcomes all feedback, positive or negative, as it is useful and helpful in improving its overall service quality and performance. However, it reserves the right not to publish feedback and evaluations that are provocative on any subject other than tours, activities or services, or that target other guests or that aim to harm the brand by directly targeting it.

 

  1. TERMS OF PAYMENT

 

  • GoremeTrip and its sub-brands payment systems accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express. Purchases made by Credit or Debit Card will be made through 3D Secure by our contracted banks or payment companies. All payment security and confidentiality are under the control and responsibility of the banks or payment companies with which GoremeTrip and its sub-brands have agreements.   1. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

 

  • This agreement will be exclusively governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

 

  • Any dispute arising from or in connection with this agreement will be submitted exclusively to the Nevşehir Regional Court and will be conducted and resolved by the Nevşehir Regional Courts.
